Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 49bt website accessible at 49bt.io, including all pages, services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, plus any confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 49bt subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be staked before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel offered on the Platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all uses of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, participating in games or sports betting, claiming bonuses, and contacting customer support. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such cases, references to "you" in these terms apply to both you personally and the person or entity on whose behalf you are acting.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 49bt strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own benefit. Registration on behalf of another individual is prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
• You must not have previously had an Account with 49bt that was suspended, restricted, or closed due to a breach of these terms or any fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your preferred Payment Method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Identity Verification: 49bt may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of account use. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality or permanent account closure. Verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to enforce the 21+ age requirement.

Each individual is entitled to hold only one Account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, 49bt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases of suspected fraudulent intent, suspend the primary account pending investigation.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. 49bt will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 49bt support immediately via live chat. 49bt may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to access or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of 49bt. Any attempt to use such tools will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 49bt support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered Payment Method. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Closure by 49bt: 49bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to pass identity verification; or use of the Platform in a manner that 49bt reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of its operations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are transacted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 49bt does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions processed through approved Payment Methods.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmation from the Payment Method provider. 49bt does not charge deposit fees; however, your Payment Method provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 49bt is not responsible.

Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only deposit funds from a Payment Method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from Payment Methods registered to a third party are prohibited and will be returned where practicable, or forfeited if return is not possible.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, or to a Payment Method that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

49bt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined where: the Account has not passed identity verification; the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Balance that has not met Wagering Requirements; or there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the Account.

All deposited funds used for betting and gaming are at risk. 49bt does not guarantee any return on funds wagered on the Platform. Players should only deposit amounts they are prepared to lose.

Bonuses & Promotions

49bt may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, low-variance table games or live casino games with specific side bets) may contribute at a reduced rate to Wagering Requirements.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. If the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met before the expiry date, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. No extension will be granted except at 49bt's sole discretion.

Bonus Abuse: 49bt monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.

49bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any ambiguity regarding a promotion, 49bt's decision is final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• A bet or wager is binding once confirmed by the Platform. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet unless the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet function for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, 49bt reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Odds displayed on the sports betting section are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• 49bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed erroneously due to a technical error. The Player will be notified and the stake returned.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event may apply and will be displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. 49bt will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum win limits.
• The use of any artificial intelligence, statistical arbitrage software, or real-time data feeds to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended and affected winnings may be voided.

Cricket & Sports Betting: All sports betting on 49bt, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, is governed by the standard sports betting rules displayed within the sports section. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or decided by a governing body's ruling rather than actual play, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply.

Live Casino: Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective game as explained by the live dealer and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game result as determined by the live studio system will stand, and the Player's account will be settled accordingly.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 49bt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: download, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform for commercial purposes; modify or create derivative works from Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform; frame the Platform or any of its content within another website without express written permission.

The 49bt brand name, logo, and associated marks are the proprietary marks of 49bt. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 49bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform performance due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Actions taken by 49bt in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding;
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or results that are subsequently corrected under the provisions of these terms.

Where 49bt's liability cannot be excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy & Data

49bt collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration and account use in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by 49bt is used for the purposes of: account administration; identity verification and anti-fraud checks; payment processing; customer support; and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications. 49bt does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Payment credentials for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other Payment Methods are authenticated directly within the respective provider's system; 49bt does not store mobile banking PINs or card CVV numbers.

Amendments to These Terms

49bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 49bt will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language, which is the authoritative version for all interpretation and dispute purposes. Any translation provided for informational convenience does not override the English text.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute between you and 49bt arising from these terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact 49bt customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. 49bt aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in the Platform's support documentation. 49bt's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus calculations shall be final, provided it has been made in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
